Dear residents,
the sauna has been repaired and is ready for use again.
Please note that the holiday regulations are in effect.
Article 20: Jacuzzi
Instructions on what is and isn't allowed when entering the wellness area are displayed at the entrance door. The wellness area is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. For tenants, there is a limit of 3 bookings (and no consecutive days) per week outside holiday periods and only once during holiday periods:*01/01/25 – 07/01/25-*01/03/25 – 10/03/25-*04/04/25 – 22/04/25-*28/05/25 – 03/06/25-*25/10/25 – 04/11/25-*20/12/25 – 31/12/25.

The new heat pump has been installed and the jacuzzi is now at the right temperature, ready to use and enjoy again.
Water leak
Dear residents,
We would like to inform you that the water leak has been repaired. The showers at the small swimming pool are now fully operational.
We kindly remind you to shower before entering the pool from now on.

Dear residents,
Due to a water leak in the meter cabinet, the showers of the small swimming pool are out of order.
They will be repaired at the beginning of next week.
Opening Wellness
Dear members,
At the General Meeting, it was decided to open the jacuzzi starting from September 5. We would like to apologize, but this will not be possible this year. There are still grouting works ongoing in the jacuzzi and issues with the heat pump. Therefore, we will, to our great regret, only open on September 15, as in previous years. Once again, we apologize for this.

Community/ swimmingpool rules
Dear owners,
We would like to urge you to observe the community rules, especially those pertaining to the swimming pool. It is everyone's responsibility to inform those who violate these rules.
ARTICLE 6: Pool/Jacuzzi Rules.
The swimming pool/spa area is open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
For hygienic reasons, showering is mandatory before entering the pool.
Clothing, with the exception of special Lycra swimwear, is not permitted, as the pool's chlorine solutions can discolor and transfer dyes into the water.
Non-residents are not permitted to invite guests from outside the complex.
Smoking, eating, and drinking are prohibited within the fenced area and at the entrance to the pool/jacuzzi.
Glass or metal objects are prohibited in the pool, jacuzzi, or artificial grass fences to prevent cuts and bleeding that could contaminate the pool water.

Dear resident,
In week 27, most likely on 30/06/2025, the locks on the access gates will be replaced.
From that moment on, access will only be possible via the three access gates equipped with electronic key readers and a code lock.
This applies to all non-owners.

This week the palm trees on the estate were pruned. It looks neat again.

We are pleased to inform you that the wellness area will reopen today at 2:00 PM. The issue was caused by a malfunctioning sensor for pH measurement. This is a technical fault that can occur and is not related to poor maintenance. We apologize for the brief interruption and wish you a pleasant day.

We zijn verheugd u te mogen mededelen dat de wellness vandaag om 14:00 uur weer geopend wordt. Het probleem lag bij een slecht werkende sensor voor de pH-meting. Dit is een technische storing die kan voorkomen en heeft niets te maken met slecht onderhoud. Wij verontschuldigen ons voor de korte onderbreking en wensen u verder een prettige dag.

AED
Dear residents,
After the approval at the AGM at the end of January I can inform you that the AED device has been placed in a very short time, training has been completed and the device is ready to be used. Some atmospheric photos of the training have been added.
The device is located at the entrance of wellness on the left next to the door as indicated by the seller (see photo).
After use, the board must be notified!
