Swimming pool reopened

Dear residents and visitors,

The large swimming pool has now reopened.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the main rules governing the use of the swimming pool and wellness facilities. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all residents and visitors.

• The swimming pool and wellness facilities are open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

• The pool gates must remain closed at all times to prevent the risk of children entering the pool unattended.

• Showering before entering the swimming pool, jacuzzi, or sauna is mandatory.

• The showers are intended only for rinsing before swimming. The use of shampoo, shower gel, or other personal hygiene products is prohibited.

• Air mattresses and inflatable chairs are not permitted, except for approved swimming aids for young children.

• Children wearing diapers may only enter the pool if they are wearing a leak-proof waterproof swim diaper.

• Only proper swimwear (Lycra or equivalent) is permitted. Other clothing is not allowed as it may discolor and contaminate the pool water.

• Tenants and other non-owner occupants may not invite visitors from outside the community into the pool or wellness area.

• Smoking, eating, and drinking are strictly prohibited in the pool, wellness area, and surrounding enclosure.

• Glass and metal objects are prohibited in the pool, jacuzzi, and artificial grass areas to prevent injuries and contamination of the pool water.

• Jumping into the pool, diving, or disturbing other users is not permitted.

• Radios and music devices may only be used with personal headphones or earphones.

• Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult or family member.

• Parents are fully responsible for the behaviour of their children within the community and around the swimming pool at all times.

Thank you for your cooperation.
